Seasider Seafoods are Yorkshires leading frozen seafood suppliers located at 42-44 English Street in Hull.
We are the subsidiary company owned by Cm Roach & Co LTD. This is a family run business that was first established in the late 1960’s. The company originally traded from the Hull fish docks before moving their operations to the 3,500 square foot cold store and multi-purpose unit in English Street in Hull over 40 years ago.

After many successful years in the frozen seafood business, supplying caterers on a national basis they thought it only fair to offer the same quality products to the general public. Cm Roach & Co LTD then made the wise decision to open up Seasider Seafoods retail outlet in the early years of the new millennium. We’ve met and formed good relations with all of our customers since first opening all those years ago.

Our aim is to keep our prices among the most competitive around and our produce is first class. We strive to provide excellent customer service consistently as a priority, we love to meet our customers face to face so why not call in for a warm welcome and see what products we have to offer.

SALMON WITH WHITE WINE, SMOKED GARLIC & THYME SAUCE

 

 

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Fry the salmon with a little oil, skin side down for a few minutes, then flip over and cook on the other side until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Add the Atkins & Potts White Wine, Smoked Garlic & Thyme Finishing Sauce to the pan and scrape any bits off the bottom of the pan into the sauce.
  3. When the sauce is just simmering, pour over the salmon and top with the parsley.
  4. Serve with salad.

This is also delicious if you griddle or barbecue the salmon.




PRAWN PASTA SALAD WITH GARLIC & HERB DRESSING

 

 

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta. Cook according to packet instructions then drain.
  2. Add the cooked prawns and tomatoes to the pasta with a little black pepper and mix well.
  3. Drizzle over a good serving of Atkins and Potts Herb & Garlic Dressing before serving.
  4. This is delicious warm or cold.

 




POACHED COD WITH WHITE SAUCE, PARSLEY & LEMON

 

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Pour the Atkins & Potts White Sauce with Parsley & Lemon into a wide based saucepan. Bring slowly to a gentle simmer.
  2. Place the cod fillets into the simmering sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  3. Remove the cod from the sauce and put onto a plate with the vegetables on the side.
  4. Reduce the sauce to taste, then pour over the fish and vegetable

 




SALMON WITH DILL HOLLANDAISE

 

 

Ingredients:

Our Method:

  1. Fry or grill the salmon until cooked through.
  2. Gently warm the Atkins & Potts Hollandaise Sauce in a small pan and stir through the chopped dill.
  3. Serve the salmon with the salad and pour the warmed Hollandaise Sauce over the top.
